1. Introduction

Welcome to E2 Solutions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including electrical work, solar panel installation, consultation, and maintenance services (collectively, the “Services”). By hiring us, requesting a quote, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services Offered

E2 Solutions offers the following services:

  • Residential and commercial electrical services
  • Solar energy system design and installation
  • System inspections and maintenance
  • Energy consultations and efficiency upgrades
  • EV charger installations

All services are provided in compliance with Alberta Building Codes, Canadian Electrical Code, and applicable safety regulations.

 

3. Estimates & Quotes

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes may be subject to change based on a site inspection, changes in scope, or fluctuations in material costs.
  • Verbal estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

 

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • E2 Solutions reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, supply delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For larger projects, milestone payments may be required.
  • Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, cheque, credit card, and direct deposit.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee.
  • E2 Solutions retains the right to suspend services for non-payment.

 

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Manufacturer warranties for materials and equipment are passed on to the customer and subject to their terms.
  • E2 Solutions is not responsible for system performance variations due to weather, shading, or client misuse.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

7. Permits & Inspections

  • E2 Solutions will coordinate required permits and inspections unless otherwise specified.
  • The client is responsible for providing site access and complying with any municipal requirements.
  • Delays in permitting may affect project timelines.

 

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Ensure clear access to the worksite
  • Inform E2 Solutions of any known hazards or restrictions
  • Not interfere with work being performed
  • Provide accurate information regarding existing infrastructure

 

9. Safety & Compliance

E2 Solutions prioritizes safety and complies with all applicable occupational health and safety laws.
Work may be paused or modified if unsafe conditions are encountered.

 

10. Privacy

Any personal or project-related information collected will be used solely for providing services, billing, or customer communication.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.

 

11. Force Majeure

E2 Solutions is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, supply chain issues, labour shortages, or utility company delays.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, both parties agree to mediation before seeking legal remedies.

 

13. Changes to Terms

E2 Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
